Class of 2015

Monei is a senior at WHS and the only female ABC senior. She is an aspiring OBGYN. She is currently a member of the WHS Swimming and Diving team, the WHS Chamber Singers, Amnesty International and Key Club. This past summer she spent a month in Spain with the Experiment in International Living. Monei is looking forward to senior internship and receiving college acceptance letters.

Adriana
Class of 2016
Adriana is a junior from Brooklyn, New York.  She runs cross country, indoor and outdoor track and is involved in the Amnesty International Club at Wilton High School.  This summer, she spent two and a half weeks leading a Rustic Pathways summer camp for children living in Costa Rica.  This year, Adriana aspires to achieve high honors and qualify for FCIACS in track and field.  When she grows up she wants to pursue a career in medicine.

Lia
Class of 2016
Lia is a junior and lives with her mother in upper Manhattan. She comes from the Dominican Republic and learned English as a second language at the age of 7 in 1½ years. She graduated from MS 319 and is a Fieldston Enrichment program alumnus. This past summer Lia visited Mexico through the Experiment of International Living. Throughout this program Lia experienced the culture of Mexico while going to culinary school. Lia loved her experience in Mexico and is hoping to go back and visit her Mexican host family soon. This year Lia is excited to begin the college process with her college coach. Lia is a part of Key Club, Amnesty International, Poetry Out Loud and is looking forward for this year’s hockey season, hopefully with no injuries!

Aqueelah
Class of 2017
Aqueelah is a sophomore. She lives in Long Branch, New Jersey and is raised by her mother and surrounded by a large family. She has recently taken an interest in her school’s yearbook club and continues to participate in her school’s drama program. Due to her passion for writing, she is in the process of completing her very own short story. As far as academics go her hope is to make high honors all throughout the school year. She keeps a straight head on and always reminds herself that you can do anything you put your mind to. She enjoys helping others and surrounding herself by people who love and support her.

Essence
Class of 2017
Essence, a sophomore, is from New Brunswick, New Jersey. She loves to read and write not only fiction, but also poetry. She participates in Poetry in Motion at the Wilton Library every year. Due to her love of writing, she plans to become a journalist (War Correspondent) and an author. Essence is part of the school news show Morning Warrior and volunteers at the Wilton Public Library. This year, Essence hopes to achieve and maintain High Honors.

Barry is a senior who hails from Bronx, New York where he lives with his mother. He loves basketball and is involved in Amnesty International, Operation Smile and Future Business Leaders of America.  He is working towards his desired degree in International Business.

Class of 2015

Zourry is a senior from the Bronx, New York where he lives with his mother. His goal is to become a prosecuting attorney some day.

Rey
Class of 2015

Rey is a senior from Lawrence Ma where he lives with his parents and two younger brothers. Rey loves Spanish and is using that knowledge every way he can.  He hopes to pursue a career in psychology, possibly in career guidance.

Zachary
Class of 2017

Zachary is a sophomore and comes from the Bronx where he lives with his parents and two siblings. He attended Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy 141 in addition to the Fieldston program. Zachary loves basketball and would eventually like to become a lawyer.

Darvin
Class of 2017

Darvin is a sophomore and comes from the Bronx where he lives with his mother and a sister who is in college. He attended MS 319 where he was class president and augmented his studies through the Fieldston program. Darvin loves basketball and football and hopes to have the opportunity to travel. France and Japan are the countries highest on his travel wish list.

Class of 2018

Joel lives in theBronx with both parents who are from Ghana and a younger brother and sister.  He attended public school and the Fieldston Enrichment Program. Joel is Catholic and interested in joining a church youth group.  In the past, he participated in the Highbridge Voices Choir.  Joel is interested in sports. He lived with relatives in Ghana for two years as his family wanted Joel immersed in that culture.

Peter lives in Rockaway Beach, Queens with both parents and 2 siblings. He attended St Rose of Lima Catholic Academy from kindergarten through eighth grade. Peter has played basketball and would like to continue.  Peter indicated that he would like to go to Baptist church.  Peter's parents are Haitian..
